NV Energy Green Cross Program - Are you or permanent members of your household
dependent on electrically operated medical equipment in use 24-hours a day?
A customer service representative will send you an enrollment packet through
certified mail for you to complete and return in order to sign up for the Green Cross
program. Once enrolled, you will receive advance notification of scheduled electric
outages for service maintenance and in the event of an unexpected power outage,
we will take the steps necessary to restore power as quickly as possible.
We are always working to provide you with reliable electric service but
unfortunately, power outages caused by bad weather or equipment failures do
happen. Because of these unexpected events we ask people who rely on life-support
devices to protect themselves against occasional interruptions of service by having
