Aid for AIDS <strong>of</strong> Nevada (AFAN) – Provides case management for HIV positive residents <strong>of</strong> Clark<br />
County. Referrals and information are provided for all aspects <strong>of</strong> HIV care including;<br />
primary medical care, housing and benefits counseling. Food bank is available and hot lunch<br />
is served four days a week. HIV education and outreach also available.<br />

Air Life Line/Angel Flight - Transportation medical services by air for families. Need medical<br />
referral, fly under 1000 miles, parents and child fly at no cost.<br />

Angel Flight - Angel Flight <strong>of</strong>fers transportation to people whose medical problems make it<br />
necessary for them to travel for diagnosis or repeated treatment. Angel Flight also flies<br />
people whose condition or location makes it difficult or impossible for them to use other<br />
means <strong>of</strong> transportation. We also help those who lack the financial resources for medical<br />
transportation. Angel Flight missions typically do not exceed 600 miles.<br />
