EAST CENTRAL FAMILY SERVICES - Offers Free respite for Grandparents raising their grandkids.<br />
The grandparent has to be at least 55 years old and does not have to have a biological<br />
relationship with the children they are helping raise. The grandparent can get 8 hours a<br />
week (up to 24/month) to do whatever they want in order to rest and take a break from the<br />
kids.<br />
