Client Assistance Program - Information and referral for individuals with a disability. Advocacy and
assistance for individuals that are clients or applicants of programs that provide services or
benefits under the federal Rehabilitation Act (as amended 1998) including The Nevada
Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation Services, Services to the Blind and Visually Impaired
and Centers for Independent Living.

Clinic On Wheels - Provides free health screenings, well child checkups, immunizations, basic health
care, sports physicals and health education to children and teens. This program purchases
used school buses, renovating them into roving clinics and drives them into disadvantaged
neighborhoods. While there we provide health screenings for children.

Comfort Keepers - Comfort Keepers provides assisted living services in the home. Assisted living
services range from companionship and homemaking services, meal preparation, light
housekeeping to driving the client to a doctor's appointment. They also provide more
skilled levels of personal care such as bathing, incontinence care and mobility assistance.

Community Health Center Services - Services can include primary care visits, health education,
disease screening, dental care, pharmacy services, substance abuse counseling and social
services. We also provide access to health care for people who might not otherwise afford it.
Services are not free, however to ensure that income or lack of insurance is not a barrier to
care, patients who are not covered by public or private insurance are charged on a sliding
fee scale according to income.
