Clinic On Wheels - Provides free health screenings, well child checkups, immunizations, basic health<br />

care, sports physicals and health education to children and teens. This program purchases<br />

used school buses, renovating them into roving clinics and drives them into disadvantaged<br />

neighborhoods. While there we provide health screenings for children.<br />

Comfort Keepers - Comfort Keepers provides assisted living services in the home. Assisted living<br />

Community Health Center Services - Services can include primary care visits, health education,<br />

disease screening, dental care, pharmacy services, substance abuse counseling and social<br />

services. We also provide access to health care for people who might not otherwise afford it.<br />

Services are not free, however to ensure that income or lack <strong>of</strong> insurance is not a barrier to<br />

care, patients who are not covered by public or private insurance are charged on a sliding<br />

fee scale according to income.<br />
