Key management personnel are those persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and
controlling the activities of the entity, directly or indirectly, including any executive Director of the Group.
8. OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES
Included in the other operating expenses of the Group are plant repair and maintenance costs and electricity
charges relating to manufacturing of hot rolled coils and cold rolled coils totalling RM388.9 million (2009:
RM327.6 million).
