The Host Centre may increase the workshop cost to participants to recover the costs<br />
incurred in providing facility and equipment. These costs should be built in on a pro rated,<br />
per participant basis. Workshops must be operated on a cost-recovery basis and not as a<br />
source of revenue generation for the Host Centre. The Host Centre is responsible for the<br />
collection of all registration fees from participants, and paying all incidental costs.<br />
1. 100% attendance is required 1. Participants attending a Refresher Clinic<br />
must utilize the current participant manual<br />
in use for regular Level I clinics in that<br />
season.<br />
2. The re-qualifying participant must<br />
complete the full Level I examination in<br />
effect for that season.<br />

The clinic is available for participants whose<br />
HTCP Certification is expiring on the current<br />
August 31st, of the current year. This course<br />
will only be available for participants who are<br />
requalifying for the first time following<br />
attendance at a full Level I clinic.<br />
HTCP Certification is valid for a period of three (3) years. All HTCP Numbers have a<br />
universal expiry date of August 31st.<br />
