AUDITOR’S REPORT
We have audited the attached Balance Sheet of Christ
Church, Thiruvananthapuram as at 31 st March, 2012 and the
Income and Expenditure Account and the Receipts and Payments
Account for the year ended on that date and we report that:
Subject to the Notes forming part of accounts:
(a) We have obtained all the informations and explanations
which to the best of our knowledge and belief were necessary
for the purpose of our audit.
(b) In our opinion proper books of account have been
maintained by the Church so far appears from our examination
of those books.
(c) The Balance Sheet, Income and Expenditure Account and
Receipts and Payments Account dealt with in this report are in
agreement with the books of account maintained by the Church.
(d) In our opinion and to the best of our information and
according to the explanations given to us, the said accounts
give a true and fair view.
(i) in the case of the Balance sheet, of the state of affairs of
the church as at 31-03-2012 and
(ii) in the case of Income and Expenditure Account of the
excess of Expenditure over Income of its accounting year ending
on 31-03-2012
