<strong>CN</strong> SALAD LEAF MIXES<br />
Our salad leaf mixes are selected from varieties with comparable growth rates to provide interesting<br />
and tasty baby leaf salads which are ideal for home consumption or farm shop sales. They can be<br />
direct sown into beds and then harvested at 12-15cm tall in as little as 28 days at peak season, or<br />
sown into pots (use 1-3 litre) to sell as growing salads. Blends between species are no longer<br />
permitted for those items on the EC List.<br />
