1. RADAR DETR circuit breaker/switch ⎯<br />
In/DETR. Allow 1 minute warmup.<br />
2. CW RADAR WARN PWR ⎯ Check ON<br />
displays.<br />
3. Volume ⎯ Adjust as required.<br />
4. Headset ⎯ Verify low pitch tone followed<br />
by brief high pitch tone and momentary<br />
display of MISSILE ALERT ⎯ Al and<br />
MISSILE ALERT ⎯ SAM advisories.<br />
Operation AN/AVR-2A<br />
The AN/AVR-2A is checked simultaneously with the<br />
AN/APR-39A(V)1 system. Once system bit is<br />
completed the system is ready for operation.<br />
