<strong>PAL</strong> ITEX-2 Option<br />
If a syringe or a Trap Needle has <strong>to</strong> be replaced <strong>and</strong> is inside the grid, use<br />
the hole provided <strong>to</strong> access the set screw with a screw driver from the front<br />
without removing the grid.<br />
Be aware that the grid itself can be hot at the surface. Be careful when<br />
<strong>to</strong>uching any parts around the ITEX2 Headspace Syringe Heater.<br />
Safety Warning:<br />
Do not <strong>to</strong>uch the surface of the Trap Heater during operation. The surface<br />
temperature can reach a potentially harmful level when operated at high<br />
desorbing or cleaning temperatures.<br />
The Trap surface can reach approximately 270 °C if operated at the<br />
maximum trap temperature of 350 °C.<br />
