Dyckerhoff AG, has wide-ranging
experience in the industry.
Since January 2010, he has
been Managing Director of i4T,
N.T.M. and sht.
What are the i4T’s capacities?
Rui Macedo: “Already, i4T is moving more
than 340 containers. N.T.M. has 45 modern
semi-trailer tractors and around 65 tanker
semi-trailers, all of which are equipped
with state-of-the-art telematic systems.
Our strength has traditionally been in bulk
goods logistics. i4T hauls bulk and dry bulk
freight in powdered or granulated form,
such as cement, ashes, lime, limestone
mortar, pigments, sand, salt and much,
much more. Of course, all containers are
cleaned and, if necessary, rinsed before being
loaded.”
Manfred Himmelbach: “The container
system we developed ourselves for intermodal
transport of bulk freight plays a
decisive a role here, as well as the reliability
and high training standard of our employees.
After all, it is precisely this team,
made up of machines and people, that is
important to ensure that every cargo arrives
reliably – just in time.”

Manfred Himmelbach: “Our headquarters
are on the premises of the port of
Mannheim, Rheinvorlandstraße 5, where
we fi nd ideal conditions for intermodal
transport. From there, we manage
projects and plan and coordinate logistic
solutions tailored to specifi c customers’
requirements. The Dutch subsidiary N.T.M.,
Nederlandse Transport Maatschappij B.V.,
is located in Nieuw Amsterdam, a district
of the municipality of Emmen in Drenthe
Province. Here is the control center of our
truck traffi c. In addition, we are involved
in the Euroterminal in Coevorden, also on
the German-Dutch border. It is laid out as a
trimodal terminal – rail, water, road. From
here, we primarily take care of fi nal leg
transport in certain regions of the Netherlands."
