Following the six week RT intervention unilateral wrist flexion strength<br />
increased significantly by 44% for the most affected limb (p = 0.02, ES =<br />
0.75 ± 0.47) and 32% for the least affected limb (p = 0.02, ES = 0.49 ±<br />
0.25) (Figure 8).<br />

Assessment when using only the arm of most affected limb, and only the arm of the<br />
least affected limb. Post 1 and Post 2 data were calculated as change scores from<br />
pooled pre-exercise data and expressed as a percentage change of the pre-exercise<br />
data. Positive values indicate an increase of strength following the exercise<br />
