Following the six week RT intervention there was no significant change
for Work and Finance (p = 0.61, ES = 0.29 ± 1.53) QUEST scores (Figure
15).

as change scores from pooled pre-exercise data and expressed as a percentage
change of the pre-exercise data. Positive values indicate an increase of strength
following the exercise intervention. Data are reported as means and 95% confidence
intervals.
