The PACK & SEND Brand Alignment Program is well underway,
turning out some very impressive stores.
PACK & SEND operates from professional retail premises and this
distinction is important to our success. This includes a professional
merchandise presentation and display, combined with quality store
lighting, image design and signage. A high quality store appearance
attracts customers with a confi dence to spend money on our
services – instead of alternative service providers.
With a number of franchisees already benefi ting from their
striking new signage and interiors, many are in the midst of their

In the early 1990s, Chris Le Coic established
a recruitment agency offi ce called Select
Appointments in Parramatta, NSW. That company
happened to make the fi rst purchase from PACK
& SEND’s very fi rst store in 1993 – buying a
cardboard box for just $2.90. Today, that receipt sits
proudly at PACK & SEND’s head offi ce.
In 2009, Chris was to put his name in the PACK &
SEND record books once again ... becoming the
franchisee of PACK & SEND’s 100th store – PACK &
SEND Southern Highlands!
Chris and Leanne Le Coic’s store is located on the
main street into Mittagong, NSW.
If you are driving through the Southern Highlands,
you simply can’t miss the PACK & SEND brand.
