We W have had GlobalMaster in our store since March 2009. Before it was installed we used manual price
sheets s or, where available, online carrier pricing. As soon as we started using GlobalMaster, we noticed
vast v improvements in the key areas of running our PACK & SEND store and now we can’t live without it!
All A customer enquiries are entered directly into GlobalMaster and then saved for future reference. We no
longer l need to print off web estimates or have trays and folders full of old enquiries. GlobalMaster holds
every e price estimate and any notes we make, so following up enquiries becomes a very simple exercise.
One of the most noticeable benefi ts of using GlobalMaster is our increased level of professionalism and
customer service. The Service Information Summary is a powerful branding and selling tool, especially when dealing with medium to large size
companies.
All of our customers’ details are stored in GlobalMaster so we can quickly print our PACK & SEND consignment notes. The consignment note can also
be emailed directly to our customers. This has been a real timesaver for those customers who don’t come into the store. GlobalMaster has also given
us consistency with our pricing - we are confi dent that our staff are pricing correctly and it has helped improve our gross profi t margin management.
We now look forward to the regular
updates of GlobalMaster as we are
seeing many new and useful features
being included. The investment for
GlobalMaster has been worth every cent
and we are very excited about what’s in
