As a result, <strong>SSP</strong> undertook <strong>the</strong> food travel<br />
industry’s largest study <strong>of</strong> consumer habits,<br />
needs and behaviors. It was carried out across 15<br />
countries, involving over 12,000 consumers, and<br />
included over 2,000 hours <strong>of</strong> airport film footage.<br />
