UDP Header<br />

● Source Port, Destination Port: Addressing of the applications by port<br />

numbers<br />

● Length: The total length of the datagram (header + data) in 32-bit words<br />

● Checksum (optional): IP does not have a checksum for the data part,<br />

therefore it can be a meaningful addition here<br />

● The same procedure as in TCP<br />

● Data: The payload, it is filled up if necessary to an even byte number,<br />

since message length counts in 32-bit words<br />
