-Dimensioning concrete/ masonry buildings<br />
1. For opening dimension, dimension window/exterior door opening/interior partition locations from the outside <strong>of</strong> wall facing to the<br />
edge <strong>of</strong> the openings (Figure 33).<br />
2. For wall dimension, dimension each wall location to the outside <strong>of</strong> faces. But when pilasters or concrete columns are placed,<br />
dimension them to their centerline.<br />
3. For overall dimension, dimension overall wall locations from the outside <strong>of</strong> faces.<br />
4. Dimension interior walls to structural elements including columns or existing walls.<br />
5. Give angle or radius/diameter where necessary.<br />
6. Dimension built-in furniture/cabinetry.<br />
7. Dimension stairways.<br />
