5 Stakeholder Engagement<br />
Stakeholder Engagement<br />
<strong>Flextronics</strong> actively engages its internal and external stakeholders. We advocate open communication and provide<br />
employees at all levels with consistent, timely and accurate information. Externally, <strong>Flextronics</strong> collaborates with<br />
non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and industry groups. These include Electronics Industry Citizenship<br />
Coalition (EICC), The American Electronics Association (AeA), Global Strategic Initiative (GSI), Global<br />
e-<strong>Sustainability</strong> Initiative (GeSI), Global Business Initiative on Human Rights (GBI), Students and Scholars Against<br />
Corporate Misbehavior (SACOM), Finnwatch and Center for Research on Multinational Corporations (SOMO). The<br />
goal is to allow <strong>Flextronics</strong> and all these organizations to better collaborate, communicate and enhance transparency<br />
in order to improve labor, human rights and environmental conditions.<br />
