A. Time to Acquisition<br />

As business grows, the p<strong>res</strong>sure to create a sustainable talent pipeline increases. At <strong>Flextronics</strong>, we add<strong>res</strong>s this<br />

challenge by establishing an agile and robust HR strategy in acquiring and managing talent. It involves hiring the<br />

right quantity and quality of people at the right cost and at the right time. All these will help us to achieve the following<br />

goals:<br />

■ Create a conducive working environment that is able to attract people to work at <strong>Flextronics</strong><br />

■ Create appropriate and effective channels to feed the talent pipeline<br />

■ Develop the right tools to support the staffing process and ensure that we hire the best talent<br />
