Jeremy Sinclair
Métis
Jeremy plans to work at odd jobs and to save up enough money so he can
attend a post secondary school. He has been in Cadets for the past five
years and has received a service medal and second place in the drill
competition. He would like to acknowledge and thank his role model, his
mother, for she is hard working, caring, fun and always there for him.
His advice to fellow students, “Keep in school and stay cool.”
Amanda St. Pierre
Métis
Amanda’s favourite teachers are Chef Humeniuk and Ms. D, because
they have always been there for her; she has built a very special
relationship with them. As Amanda loves to cook, her future plans
include obtaining her Red Seal, travelling, and attending Le Cordon
Bleu in Paris. She has received the CCFC Scholarship, was the Junior
Director’s Assistant at the CCFC, and this year she won the silver
medal at the BC “Hot Camp” competition. She would like to thank her
parents and family, Chef, Ms. D, Winnie, Mrs. Ractliffe, Mr. Marchi,
Mrs. Harrison and her friends and family for their support and
encouragement. Her mother has been her role model, as she is the
strongest woman Amanda knows. Amanda’s parting advice to other
students is, “So if the solution has never been to look in yourself,
how is it that you expect to find it anywhere else?”
Marc White
Salish
Marc plans to pursue a career in the skateboarding industry. He would
like to acknowledge and thank Mrs. Gaiptman for helping him graduate.
His advice to fellow students, “Put your work in early instead of
cramming to grad.”
