ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO
Svitare il dado e controllare l’uniformità
dell’incisione dell’anello doppio
tagliente sul tubo. Non c’è nessun problema
se l’anello gira sul tubo.
Ogni volta che il raccordo viene smontato
e successivamente rimontato, il
dado dovrà essere serrato senza forzare
eccessivamente.
Per i tubi curvi, la lunghezza dalla fine
del tubo all’inizio del raggio di curvatura
deve essere almeno il doppio dell’altezza
del dado.

Loosen nut and inspect cut, checking
the penetration of the cutting edge.
The ring may rotate now.
Every time the fitting is disassembled
and subsequently reassembled, the
nut must be re-tightened with the
same force as used for the initial installation.
For tube bends, the length of the
straight tube end up to the start of the
bending radius must be at least twice
the nut height.

ROHRVERSCHRAUBUNGEN
Überwurfmutter lösen und
kontrollieren: das aufgeworfene
Rohrmaterial muß die Stirnfläche der
Schneide gut ausfüllen. Der
Schneidring darf sich auf dem Rohr
noch drehen lassen.
Jedes Mal wenn die Verschraubung
ab- und wieder aufmontiert wird, die
Überwurfmutter muß ohne erhöhten
Kraftaufwand festzuziehen.
Bei Rohrbögen muß das gerade
Rohrende bis zum Beginn des
Biegeradius mindestens 2 x
Überwurfmutterhöhe betragen.
