I thought I would let you know about excellent<br />
service from one of your advertisers.<br />
At the end of August the air conditioning in<br />
my Renault Scenic failed on a trip back to<br />
Camposol. I decided to book the car into<br />
Talleres Lopez Milan in El Pareton and<br />
liased with John who translates for Paco<br />
the owner. After leaving the car for a day<br />
to investigate the fault and getting a courtesy<br />
lift back to Camposol, I got a phone<br />
call saying that they hadn’t been able to<br />
identify the fault, but had taken the car to<br />
Renault Totana who had diagnosed that<br />
the compressor had failed and the cost of<br />
a new one with fi tting etc was 2000€.The<br />
car is over 4 years old and so was out of<br />
warranty, but Paco persuaded Renault Totana<br />
to submit a claim to Renault HQ on<br />
the grounds that the compressor should<br />
last a lot longer than that.<br />
After a week of waiting, the news came<br />
back that Renault would fund the complete<br />
repair. I have since collected the car from<br />
Lopez Milan with just a small bill for their<br />
work and everything is working better than<br />
before.<br />
I have never had such excellent service in<br />
over 40 years motoring. One always hears<br />
of poor service, but this is the other end of<br />
the scale.<br />
I would not hesitate to recommend Lopez<br />
Milan, and Renault Totana to anyone and<br />
special thanks to John and Paco.<br />

only out for a week and I have just received<br />
a call from a really nice lady named<br />
Jackie Carter in response to our appeal.<br />
She would really like to help Marina. I am<br />
sending her info on the Family Fun Day and<br />
Dog Show too as she would like to come<br />
along and get involved.<br />
