Statement by Directors
In the opinion of the Directors, the financial statements set out on pages 31 to 104 are drawn up in accordance with the Financial
Reporting Standards and the Companies Act, 1965 in Malaysia so as to give a true and fair view of the financial position of the
Group and of the Company as at 31st December 2011 and of their financial performance and the cash flows for the financial
year then ended.
The supplementary information set out on page 105 have been prepared in accordance with the Guidance of Special Matter
No. 1, Determination of Realised and Unrealised Profits or Losses in the Context of Disclosure Pursuant to Bursa Malaysia
Securities Berhad Listing Requirements, issued by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
