(ii) The bank overdraft for the subsidiary companies incorporated in South Africa is secured against the following:- - First covering bond for Rand 10.0 million and second covering bond for Rand 40.0 million over Portion 256, 257 and 258 (portion of 249) of the farm Olievenhoutbosch 389 JR. (b) Bankers’ Acceptance The bankers acceptance bear interest rates ranging from 3.65% to 4.38% (2010: 2.22% to 4.16%) per annum and are secured by corporate guarantees provided by the Company.
