(b) During the financial year, the Group acquired property, plant and equipment with an aggregate cost of<br />

hire purchase.<br />
(c) Included in property, plant and equipment is a leasehold building and certain plant and machinery with net book<br />
value of RM2,714,579/- which is pledged to a financial institution to secure the term loan facility granted to a<br />
subsidiary of the Company as disclosed in Note 19(c)(ii).<br />
