FOODSERVICE MARKETING PROGRAM<br />

About <strong>ASMI</strong> Foodservice<br />

The domestic foodservice marketing program is designed to help foodservice<br />

operators, commercial and non-commercial, handle, design menus and<br />

promote wild <strong>Alaska</strong> seafood.<br />

<strong>ASMI</strong> works actively with all segments of the foodservice industry to increase<br />

awareness and broaden the demand for wild and sustainable <strong>Alaska</strong> seafood<br />

and offers expertise on the latest seafood and eating trends. Each year new<br />

foodservice recipes are developed by working<br />

one on one with chefs to create signature<br />

dishes using <strong>Alaska</strong> seafood.<br />

Promotional and Educational Materials<br />

A variety of promotional, theme-based materials are available to help you promote<br />

world famous <strong>Alaska</strong> seafood. Point of sale materials include posters, menu<br />

sheets, table tents and wait staff buttons to help create that special <strong>Alaska</strong> seafood<br />

atmosphere in your operation.<br />

Key educational pieces include: species identification and fact sheets, training<br />

videos, storage, handling and quality information.<br />
