8.3.4 Alarm Notification<br />

The Single View Viewer can be set to pop up as soon as motion is detected or I/O devices are<br />

triggered. Also up to four captured images will be displayed in the control panel of the Single View. To<br />

enable the function, follow these steps.<br />

1. Click the Show <strong>System</strong> Menu button (No. 5, Figure 8-19), <strong>and</strong> select Alarm Notify. This dialog<br />

box appears.<br />

Motion Notify: Once motion is detected, the captured images are displayed in the control<br />

panel of the Single View.<br />

I/O Alarm Notify: Once the input device is triggered, the captured images are displayed in the<br />

control panel of the Single View.<br />

Alert Sound: Activates the computer noise alarm on motion <strong>and</strong> input-triggered detection.<br />

IE Window Pops Up: The minimized Single View pops up on motion <strong>and</strong> input-triggered<br />

detection.<br />

Auto Snapshot: The program will take a snapshot every 5 seconds on motion <strong>and</strong><br />

input-triggered detection.<br />

File Path: Assigns a path to save the snapshots.<br />

2. Click OK to apply the above settings.<br />

3. Minimize your browser to test the pop-up function.<br />
