Aprendizaje por competencias en
las TIC: visita a los Países Bajos
Competence-based learning in the ICT
domain: Visit to the Netherlands

Deltion Collegen eman genuen bigarren
eguna gure interesetan zentratuago egon
zen, eta hartu gintuzten ikastetxeko pertsonek
informazio interesgarria eskaini ziguten.
Aurkezpenak aberasgarriak izan ziren eta
talde osoak partaidetza aktiboa izan zuen
aztertutako gaietako bakoitzean.

La segunda jornada en Deltion College estuvo
más centrada en nuestros intereses y las diferentes
personas de Deltion que nos atendieron
nos ofrecieron informaciones de interés para
el grupo. Las presentaciones fueron muy interesantes
y todo el grupo tomó parte activa en
cada uno de los temas tratados.
El miércoles dejamos el Deltion College para
visitar Landstede, el segundo centro de Formación
profesional, esta vez de la mano de
Udo Lut. Al inicio de la visita nos presentaron
el proyecto FROJOL en el que además de
Landstede participa Politeknika Txorierri, un
centro HETEL. La jornada siguió con dos presentaciones
más que nos mostraron el sistema
educativo holandés, la proyección internacional
de Landstede y por último un proyecto
muy interesante relacionado con las TIC y el
aprendizaje por competencias.
Our second day at Deltion College was
more focused on our own interests and
the different staff at Deltion who looked
after us and gave the group some very
useful information. The presentations
were very interesting and the whole
group took an active part in all the topics
discussed.
On Wednesday we left Deltion College
to visit Landstede, the second vocational
training school, this time escorted by Udo
Lut. At the start of the tour we were introduced
to the FROJOL project in which
the Politeknika Txorierri, a HETEL school,
is involved along with Landstede. The
day continued with two more presentations
which showed us the Dutch educational
system, the international scope of
Landstede and finally a very interesting
project relating to ICT and competencebased
learning.
We should applaud the courage of both these colleges in leaving behind traditional
teaching methods to embrace competence-based learning.
We would like to use these lines to thank both schools for their kind hospitality.
Asteazkenean, Deltion College utzi eta
Landstede, Lanbide heziketako bigarren
ikastetxea, bisitatu genuen. Kasu horretan,
Udo Lot izan genuen gidari. Bisitaldiaren hasieran,
FROJOL proiektua aurkeztu ziguten.
Esan behar da proiektu horretan, Landstedek
ez ezik, HETELeko Politeknika Txorierrik
ere hartzen duela parte. Jardunaldian bertan,
bi aurkezpen izan genituen, Holandako
hezkuntza sistemaren berri, Landstederen
nazioarteko itzalaren berri eta IKTei eta
konpetentzietan oinarritutako ikaskuntzari
loturiko proiektu baten berri jasotzeko.
Deltion College bezala, Landstederen eraikina
goitik behera berriztatuta zegoen, eta
banaketa oso interesgarria zuen: laneremu
zabal ugari zituen, ohiko eskola teorikoak
albo batera utzita.

Landstedek ez du egoitza bakar bat, eta
bai hainbat campus Zwollen nahiz inguruko
herrietan barreiatuta. Bisitaldiaren bigarren
egunean futbol estadio batean kokatutako
enpresa zentro batera eraman gintuzten,
IKTen prestakuntza zentro bat ere bazuena.

Al igual que el Deltion College, el edifico de
Landstede que visitamos estaba totalmente
renovado y tenía una distribución muy interesante
con muchos espacios de trabajo abiertos,
quedando al margen las clases teóricas
tradicionales.
Landstede al igual que Deltion College es un
macrocentro de Formación profesional, pero la
diferencia más notable es que Landstede no
dispone de una única localización, tiene diferentes
campus en Zwolle y en otras ciudades
cercanas. En la segunda jornada de visita nos
llevaron a un centro empresarial situado en un
estadio de futbol, que además disponía de un
centro de formación de TIC.
La entrada era impresionante debido a su curiosa
ubicación, pero lo era aun más debido
a la conjunción de escuela y empresa en el
mismo espacio físico. La IT Performance House
aboga por acercar la formación y la empresa lo
máximo posible. Sin duda es una gran ayuda
para poner en práctica el aprendizaje basado
en competencias. Disponen también de mucho
material de última generación con el que pueden
realizar prácticas los alumnos.
Tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer a alumnos
de Landstede que toman parte en este sistema
de aprendizaje basado en competencias, en el

Landstede, like Deltion College, is a macrocentre
for vocational training, but the most

campuses in Zwolle and other nearby towns.
On the second day of our visit, they took us to
a business centre in a football stadium which
also has an ICT training centre.
The entrance was most impressive because
of its unique location, but what was even
more striking was the combination of college
and company in the same physical space.
The IT Performance House is committed
to bringing education and enterprise as close
together as possible. Without a doubt, this is
tremendously helpful in putting competencebased
learning into practice. They also have
a large amount of state-of-the-art material
for the students to practice with.
We also had the chance to meet some of
the Landstede students taking part in this
competence-based learning system, which
involves a coach as well as the technical
