Existe una relación entre mayor edad <strong>de</strong> la madre y complicaciones<br />
durante el parto (figura 2.4). Un 15% <strong>de</strong> los partos <strong>de</strong>l año 2006 fueron<br />
consi<strong>de</strong>rados “distócicos” (con complicaciones); el 98,2% fueron partos sencillos<br />
y el resto, múltiples (1,79% dobles).<br />
