44 INTERNACIONALIZACIÓN A+A
sixth place, with €€ 78 million and 6.1% of global exports, while Indonesia
and Kazakhstan were placed in seventh and eighth place,
with € 67 and €€ 55 million respectively. Brazil and Oman complete
the ranking of the top ten export destinations, which confirms this
factor of geographical diversity of Andalusian sales as a major
strength for the sector.
The types of products, services and technologies exported last
year was framed almost equally into two sections: first, aircraft
orders (airplanes, helicopters and other aircraft, including space
vehicles and satellites, with € 655 million and 51% of the total.
On the other hand, the aeroparts, ie, components and assemblies
of different aircraft propellers and landing gear, with € 628
million and 48.9% overall. There were also other sales in devices
and systems for launching, and parachutes, although with much
lower amounts. In this regard, we should mention the evolution
experienced in the first two chapters of products, since in the last
decade aeroparts have been losing prominence in foreign invoice
from 63% of sales in 2005 to 48.9% in 2014, while aircraft orders
have grown (from 36.8% to 51%). This situation matches with the
development of aerospace programs in which it highlight the manufacture
of final products instead of parts or assemblies of aircraft
separately.
(Alemania) y Aerospace Meetings Casablanca (Marruecos),
An intense agenda for the international
promotion of the sector in 2015
With the aim of further promoting the internationalization
of the Andalusian aerospace companies and the
sector's sales to foreign markets, Extenda has organized,
in collaboration with HÉLICE Cluster, an intense
agenda of actions and promotional activities for this year
2015. Some of these initiatives have already been developed
in the first half of the year, as a reverse trade mission
of US companies to meet the aerospace industry in
Andalusia, a meeting with the Italian contractor Alenia
Aermacchi in Aerópolis, or the participation at the Aerospace
Meetings Poland last May. Another joint initiative is
the participation in the Paris-Le Bourget Air Show 2015
, where will take place the signing of the agreement for
holding the business convention ADM Sevilla 2016, the
organization of Andalusian delegations to attend Airtec
in Munich (Germany) and Aerospace Meetings Casablanca
(Morocco), the call for a trade mission on UAVs,
or the participation in events as AUVSI'S Unmanned
Systems North America, Heli Expo 2015 (Louisville, Kentucky),
MRO Americas in Miami and NBAA 2015 Convention
in Las Vegas.
