Mecanizados y Montajes Aeronáuticos<br />
Empresa especializada en la fabricación de mecanizados y<br />
equipado de elementales metálicas y subconjuntos, así como<br />
en cha pistería y utillaje para el sector aeronáutico. También<br />
realiza ensayos no destructivos y tratamientos superficiales<br />
para algunos de sus clientes, entre los que se encuentran fundamentalmente<br />
el Grupo Airbus y Embraer. Ha participado en<br />
destacados programas aeronáuticos como C295, CN235,<br />
A380, A340, A320, A330 MRTT, Embraer ERJ 170- 190 y Superpuma.<br />
Tiene su sede central en El Puerto de Santa María<br />
(Cádiz), aunque dispone de otras instalaciones en Chiclana de la<br />
Frontera y una planta de fabricación en Espera, ambas en Cádiz.<br />
M&M es el primer cliente europeo en adquirir el nuevo modelo<br />
de conformadora automática para sus nuevas instalaciones de<br />
Espera, como complemento de una prensa de estirado de control<br />
numérico de perfiles y chapas.<br />
Mecaprec<br />
Fundada en 1986, centra su actividad en la gestión integral de<br />
meca nizado de elementales y el montaje de pequeños subconjuntos<br />
con en tregas al cliente en la línea de montaje final y para los principales<br />
Tier 1 y Tier 2 del sector. Realiza trabajos para diversos programas<br />
desarrollan do mecanizados en aluminio, acero, poliamidas o titanio de<br />
elementales y piezas para ensayos. Su actividad se estructura en tres<br />
áreas: Piezas Avionables para Airbus (A330/340, A318/319/320/321,<br />
A330MRTT, A380, A350, A400M, C212, CN-235, C295, C101) Eurofighter<br />
(EF-2000) y Airbus Helicopters (Superpuma); Utillajes (para Airbus<br />
y Embraer) y Mecanizados en fibra de carbono. Cuenta con una<br />
factoría de unos 2.500 metros cuadrados en la Zona Franca de Cádiz<br />
y posee las certificaciones EN-9100 e ISO 9001. Además es suministrador<br />
homologado para el Grupo Airbus en varias de sus divisiones<br />
y también dispo ne de la Delegación de Calidad por la mayoría de sus<br />
clientes, así como certificado de procesos especiales para encasquillado<br />
por crionización IFMA 169 y roscado por laminación.<br />
Metal Improvement Company (MIC)<br />
Metal Improvement Company (MIC) es una empresa especializada<br />
en los tratamientos metálicos en componentes y piezas de aviones a<br />
través del Shot Peening y una de las firmas líderes en el campo de las<br />
aplicacio nes industriales de este tipo como medio de prevención contra<br />
las rotu ras de materiales metálicos. Perteneciente 100% a Curtiss<br />
Wright Corporation, su conocimiento en esta técnica le ha permitido<br />
el desarrollo del proce so de Láser Peening que permite una aplicación<br />
limpia y localizada. MIC está especializada en la mejora del conocimiento<br />
de los mecanismos y efectos del proceso, y realiza investigaciones<br />
con empresas por todo el mundo dado su carácter internacional.<br />
Su filial en España se creó en 2005 y la actividad de su división<br />
en Sevilla comenzó a finales de 2007, completando las certificaciones<br />
de los principales clientes (Airbus, Airbus Defence & Space, Embraer,<br />
Bombardier, etc.) y la normativa NADCAP. Actualmente trabaja con<br />
las principales empresas del sector aeronáutico y su campo de aplicación<br />
se extiende a otros sectores (automoción, industria química). En<br />
