Basque Culinary Center es la primera facultad en gastronomía de
España y referencia a nivel mundial. Desde su fundación en 2011
imparte el Grado en Gastronomía y Artes Culinarias y desde entonces
ha desarrollado numerosos programas formativos de especialización,
atrayendo a jóvenes estudiantes de todo el mundo.
Arcos se suma ahora como empresa colaboradora a este proyecto
internacional, que cuenta con el apoyo de algunos de los chefs más
influyentes del mundo.
The Basque Culinary Center is the first faculty of Gastronomic Sciences
in Spain and is a worldwide reference benchmark. Since its founding
in 2011, a Bachelor’s Degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Art has been
offered and subsequently numerous specialisation training programmes
have been developed, attracting young students from all over the world.
Arcos now joins as a collaborating company in this international project,
which has the backing and support of some of the most influential
chefs in the world.

elle dispense des études donnant droit au Diplôme en Gastronomie
et Arts Culinaires et depuis lors, elle a développé de nombreux
programmes de formation de spécialisation, attirant des jeunes
étudiants venus des quatre coins du monde.
Arcos est désormais une entreprise partenaire de ce projet
international, bénéficiant du soutien de certains des chefs les plus
influents du monde.

Il Basque Culinary Center è la prima facoltà di gastronomia della
Spagna e un riferimento a livello mondiale. Da quando è stato fondato,
