Appendice Ombilic Appendice Résultat final <strong>de</strong> l’Appendicostomie selon Malone La RPT par DG avec AM est une opération complexe dont la morbidité post-opératoire est non négligeable. Néanmoins, la majorité <strong>de</strong>s complications décrites avec cette technique se produisent durant la première année post-opératoire. La plupart <strong>de</strong>s complications peuvent bénéficier <strong>de</strong> corrections chirurgicales et on observe suite à ces révisions <strong>de</strong>s bons résultats fonctionnels et une qualité <strong>de</strong> vie satisfaisante et stable au fil du temps 21 . Pour les patients désirant éviter une colostomie abdominale définitive après amputation abdomino-périnéale, la reconstruction par double graciloplastie électro-stimulée associée à une appendicostomie <strong>de</strong> Malone est une alternative dont la morbidité est comparable aux autres techniques <strong>de</strong> RPT tout en améliorant les troubles <strong>de</strong> vidange colique. Toutefois, les patients doivent être bien informés sur la complexité <strong>de</strong> l’intervention et la nécessité <strong>de</strong> révisions chirurgicales.
