Schwartz-Arad et al [10], montrent que
le taux de survie des implants posés
dans des sinus greffés, après restauration
de l’intégrité de la membrane
de Schneider, est similaire à celui des
implants placés dans des conditions
classiques (fig. 8). Hernandez-Alfaro
et al [6] indiquent cependant que le
taux de succès est inversement pro-

portionnel à l’ampleur de la perforation.
La mise en place des implants
dans le temps de la greffe est possible [2, 6] si la stabilité primaire
peut être obtenue, a défaut la pose devra être différée.
