Fashion photography is a genre of photography<br />
devoted to displaying clothing and other fashion items.<br />
Over time, fashion photography has developed its own<br />
aesthetic in which the clothes and fashions are<br />
enhanced by the presence of exotic locations or<br />

:Lengthen the line of your body with<br />
monochromatic colors.<br />
If you wear a different color on top as opposed to<br />
the bottom, you tend to cut your body in half<br />
visually which makes you appear shorter. This is<br />
particularly true if one color is light and the other<br />
dark. Instead try wearing a monochromatic outfit<br />
in a single shade of shirt and pants or shirt and<br />
skirt. This creates a long, lean line that adds the<br />
illusion of height to your figure.<br />

Wear dark colors<br />
Dark colors, particularly if monochromatic,<br />
add the illusion of height. A black top and<br />
slim black pants with carefully chosen<br />
accessories and low to high heels in black<br />
gives a long, lean sophisticated line that's<br />
perfect for a variety of occasions. Dark colors<br />
also make you look slimmer which is an added<br />
bonus.<br />
Wear higher waisted pants and skirts<br />
for maximum height.<br />
High waisted pants can give the illusion of<br />
height and greater leg length. Avoid<br />
hipsters if you're shorter in stature.<br />
Choose your shoe wisely.<br />
You don't have to wear stilettos to try to<br />
seem taller. A good comfortable shoe with<br />
a moderate heel will do.
