Da die gesamte Signalverarbeitung analog erfolgt und das Modul lediglich mit den notwendigsten Merkmalen für den Aufbau einer Regelung ausgestattet ist, können die Kosten für den Antrieb niedrig gehalten werden. Als Besonderheit kommt hinzu, daß das Modul auf eine Geschwindigkeitsregelung intern (Frontplatte) umgeschaltet werden kann und jeweils eine Version für Spannungsschnittstelle und Stromschnittstelle bezogen auf die Soll- und Istwerte angeboten wird.
