7 Changing appliance and treatment defaults
Figure 23 7.1 The menu
Use the SETTING button g to change the appliance defaults for:
, , , , ,
, , ,
to make them the defaults the next time a treatment
is selected.
• The menu can not be selected during a treatment.
• All changes can be reset to the original settings when the appliance was delivered
by selecting .
• Press CLEAR button e to exit the menu without saving.
7.1.1 Resetting appliance to the factory setting
1. Press SETTING button g.
2. Press left functional button d next to .
3. Confirm the prompt:

To change the menu language:
1. Press SETTING button g.
2. Press the function buttons d beside the word English.

7.1.2 Change default
1. Press SETTING button g.

• Select the hair type you mostly treat in your salon.
➥ The selected / displayed hair type is activated in the appliance.
➥ The settings for the default treatment programmes are automatically changed
to suit the selected hair type.
NOTE
When changing the hair type
• the programme settings for the entire appliance are reset.
