Vinorelbine - NAVELBINE
Cancer de l’œsophage
La vinorelbine s’est montrée un médicament efficace dans les cancers épidermoïdes et les
adénocarcinomes de l’œsophage d’après 7 études de phase II, en particulier en 1 ère ligne thérapeutique
et en association avec le cisplatine, le 5 fluorouracile ou le docetaxel.
Par contre, aucune étude randomisée versus chimiothérapie de référence n’est disponible. L’utilisation de
la vinorelbine dans un cancer de l’œsophage localement avancé ou métastatique, lorsqu’il y a une contreindication
à la chimiothérapie de référence, relève d’une décision de RCP.
