III – Situations non acceptables<br />
1. Cancer colorectal métastatique après échec de l’irinotécan et de l’oxaliplatine<br />
au delà de la deuxième ligne de chimiothérapie pour maladie métastatique<br />
Une étude du NCI montre que l’association 5-FU/acide folinique/bevacizumab en troisième ligne est<br />
inefficace. Après analyse des 100 premiers patients inclus (sur 339), le taux de réponse a été de 1%<br />
(mail de l’ASCO du 4 octobre 2005).<br />
