Safety guidelines<br />

Please carry out these safety instructions precisely to eliminate<br />

hazards and damage to persons and property.<br />

Target group<br />

These instructions are exclusively addressed to authorised personnel.<br />

� Only plumbers authorized by the responsible gas supply company<br />

are permitted to carry out work on gas installations.<br />

� Only electricians are permitted to work on electrical installations.<br />

Regulations<br />

The following are to be observed during operation:<br />

� statutory provisions for accident prevention,<br />

� statutory provisions for environmental protection,<br />

� professional trade association provisions,<br />

� relevant safety provisions incorporated in DIN, EN, DVGW, TRGI,<br />

TRF and VDE.<br />

� ÖNORM, EN, ÖVGW-TR Gas, ÖVGW-TRF and ÖVE<br />

� SEV, SUVA, SVGW, SVTI, SWKI and VKF<br />

Operating the system<br />

� Disconnect the system from the power supply and ensure that it<br />

is safely (e.g. at theseparate fuse or a master switch).<br />

� Secure the system against being switched back on again.<br />

� In the case of combustible gas close the shut-off valve and<br />

safeguard it against accidental opening.<br />
