45 Transportation and disposal 7 Transportation and disposal > Retain the original packing as protection during transportation. > Empty the water tank and the drip tray before every transport. > Always send or transport the machine in the original packaging with padding inlays and a covering box. Damage from insufficient packing is not covered by the warranty. Disposal options for the device at the end of its service can be found out from your local municipal authority. The appliance is subject to the Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE / EU-Directive) and may not be disposed off with domestic garbage.
