23. Clause (c) of the definition of “law firm/ cabinet d’avocats” in section 29 of the By-Law is revoked and the following substituted:(c)a multi-discipline practice orpartnership described in section 17 ofBy-Law 7 [Business Entities] wherethe licensee mentioned therein is alicensee who holds a Class L1licence.c) d’un cabinet multidisciplinaire ou d’unesociété de personnes visés à l’article 17du Règlement administratif n o 7[Entreprises] où le titulaire de permisvisé à cet article est titulaire d’un permisde catégorie L1.24. The definition of “dependants” in subsection 32 (1) of the English version of theBy-Law is amended by striking out “as were” and substituting “who were”.28. Subsection 32 (3) of the By-Law is amended by adding the following paragraphafter paragraph 2:3. Despite paragraph 2, act on behalf ofthe person in enforcing benefitspayable under a collective agreementbefore the Small Claims Court.3.
