21. Subsection 23 (3) of the French version of the By-Law is amended by striking out“s’ils se sont déjà conformés” and substituting “si eux-mêmes et tout tiers qui est leurmandataire dans le cadre du paragraphe (2.1) se sont déjà conformés”.22. Subsection 23 (4) of the By-Law is amended by striking out “, where appropriate,the third party beneficiary or principal,/ et, lorsque la situation s’y prête, du tiersbénéficiaire ou du mandant,” and substituting “any third party that the client is acting foror representing/ et de tout tiers dont il est le mandataire,”.23. Paragraph 1 of subsection 23 (7) of the English version of the By-Law is amendedby deleting “beneficiary or principal”.24. Paragraph 1 of subsection 23 (7) of the French version of the By-Law is amendedby striking out “, le tiers bénéficiaire ou le mandant” and substituting “ou le tiers”.25. Paragraph 2 of subsection 23 (7) of the By-Law is revoked and the followingsubstituted:2. If the client or third party is anorganization such as a corporation orsociety that is created or registeredpursuant to legislative authority, awritten confirmation from a governmentregistry as to the existence, name andaddress of the organization, whichincludes the names of theorganization’s directors, if applicable,such as,i. a certificate of corporate statusissued by a public body,2. si le client ou le tiers est un organisme,tel qu’une personne morale ou unesociété formée ou enregistréeconformément à une dispositionlégislative habilitante, une confirmationécrite provenant d’un registre dugouvernement quant à l’existence, aunom et à l’adresse de l’organisme,incluant le nom de ses administrateurs,s’il y a lieu, telle que :i. un certificat de constitution émispar un organisme public,ii.a copy obtained from a publicbody of a record that theorganization is required to fileannually under applicablelegislation, orii.une copie, obtenue d’unorganisme public, d’undocument qu’il est tenu dedéposer annuellement auxtermes de la loi,iii.a copy of a similar recordobtained from a public body thatconfirms the organization’sexistence.iii.une copie, obtenue d’unorganisme public, d’undocument semblable quiconfirme son existence.26.
