Clause 23 (12) (b) <strong>of</strong> the French version <strong>of</strong> the By-law is amended by striking out“s’ils se sont déjà conformés” and substituting “si eux-mêmes ou un particulier qui estleur mandataire dans le cadre du paragraphe (11) se sont déjà conformés”.32. Subsection 23 (13) <strong>of</strong> the By-<strong>Law</strong> is amended by deleting “a person/ une personnephysique” and substituting “an individual/ un particulier”.33. Section 24 <strong>of</strong> the English version <strong>of</strong> the By-<strong>Law</strong> is amended by,(a)(b)(c)striking out “information” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting“identification”;striking out “reasonably suspects” in the portion before clause (a) andsubstituting “knows or ought to know”; andstriking out “dishonesty, fraud, crime or illegal conduct” wherever it occursand substituting “fraud or other illegal conduct”.34. Section 24 <strong>of</strong> the French version <strong>of</strong> the By-<strong>Law</strong> is amended by,(a)(b)striking out “ont des raisons valables de soupçonner” in the portion beforeclause (a) and substituting “savent ou devraient savoir”;striking out “à un acte malhonnête, à une fraude, à un crime ou à laconduite illégale d’un client” in the portion before clause (a) andsubstituting “à la commission d’une fraude par un client ou à toute autreconduite illégale de sa part”; andc) striking out “à l’acte malhonnête, à la fraude, au crime ou à la conduiteillégale en question” in clause (a) and substituting “à la commission de lafraude ou à la conduite illégale”.35.
