Titre : Imagerie ultrasonore haute fréquence (500 MHz) 3D d’un flux dynamiqueFinancement prévu :Cofinancement éventuel : Pulssar technology (Industriel)(Co) Directeur <strong>de</strong> thèse : Georges NASSARE-mail : gnassar@univ-valenciennes.frCo-encadrant <strong>de</strong> thèse :E-mail :Laboratoire : <strong>IEMN</strong> – OAEGroupe <strong>de</strong> recherche : MAMINADescriptif :L’hématologie est un phénomène qui touche non seulement les éléments cellulaires du sang (globulesrouges, globules blancs et plaquettes), mais aussi le plasma et les protéines qui sont diluées <strong>de</strong>dans.C’est ainsi que les maladies <strong>de</strong>s immunoglobulines qui sont en fait <strong>de</strong>s maladies <strong>de</strong>s plasmocytes <strong>de</strong> lamoelle osseuse sont étiquetées maladies du sang.Pour cela l’objectif final <strong>de</strong> ce travail sera l’intégration sur <strong>de</strong>s canaux micro-fluidiques d’un microsystèmetemps réel assurant à la fois l’analyse (composants du milieu), la caractérisation (cinétique <strong>de</strong>la transition <strong>de</strong> phase) et une trace ultrasonore d’une coupe (B-Scan) <strong>de</strong>s globules.De ce fait, ce projet pluridisciplinaire nécessite la mise en commun <strong>de</strong> compétences à la fois <strong>de</strong>stechnologies d’intégration, modélisation <strong>de</strong> systèmes, instrumentation sur une large gamme <strong>de</strong>fréquence, systèmes électroniques hautes fréquences, <strong>de</strong> traitement du signal milieux viscoélastiquescomplexes… .Abstract :Given its vital importance, the area of living is among the sectors that have contributed to advances intechnology especially in the health and pharmaceuticals fields, covering the needs of individuals toheal. These areas are strong contributors in the international tra<strong>de</strong> balance.Furthermore, haematology is a phenomenon that affects not only the cellular components of blood (redcells, white cells and platelets), but also the plasma and proteins that are diluted in it. Thus,immunoglobulin disor<strong>de</strong>rs, which are in fact bone marrow plasma cell diseases, are labelled as blooddiseases.The final objective of this project is to <strong>de</strong>velop a real-time measurement system providing analysis(medium components), characterization (phase transition kinetics) and finally an ultrasound testingmorphology of blood cell. It is a micro-system based an ultrasonic integrated <strong>de</strong>vice measurementThis multidisciplinary project therefore requires the pooling of skills including integrated MEMStechnology, systems mo<strong>de</strong>lling, and instrumentation over a wi<strong>de</strong> frequency range, signal processing andwave-interaction in a complex viscoelastic environment...17
