Objectives :The BioMEMS group focuses on understanding and manipulating fluids at micro and nanoscale.Expertise in microfluidics and surface structuring will be a strong basis to initiate this new researchfield for the group. [1-3]. La mise au point de stratégies permettant de réduire voire de supprimer cettecontamination se heurte à plusieurs difficultés : i) diversité des contaminations, ii) adaptabilité descontaminants et iii) innocuité sur le milieu d’essai. La réponse n’est pas unique et doit intégrer desaspects chimique et physique dynamiques. Parmi les nombreuses stratégies actuellement étudiées, lesapproches dites ‘physique’ ont l’avantage de minimiser voir supprimer leur empreinte sur le milieunaturel où elles sont mises en œuvre [4-9]. Deux approches sont actuellement investiguées par lacommunauté scientifique : i) la texturation dans le but de créer et de maintenir une couche d’air tamponentre le volume du matériau synthétique solide et l’environnement naturel liquide (majoritairementcomposé d’eau) [10-13] et ii) la modulation de l’énergie de surface et de la texturation du matériausolide dans le but de faire varier continument les conditions d’adhésion des contaminants [14-16].[1] Banerjee et al., Adv.
