Plusieursapplications sont envisagées : Micro capteur thermique pour les écoulements des fluides, antennephotoconductrice, etc…Abstract :Flexible substrates such as polyimide (PI), of which the most widely known is the Kapton, offer anextraordinary potential for applications in a variety of domains ranging from health and clothing totransportation and electronics. This project aims to use the chemical vapor process for nanotexturing soft organic surfaces. This approach is a priori more adaptable than the wet etching patterning method. The research program will be focused around three core areas:- The study of Thermal behavior by establishing the main reactions involved in the decompositionand carbonization of the Kapton- Surface preparation and treatment for metal evaporation. Tailoring of surfaces by means of aspecific deposit of catalyst used for subsequent growth of nano-objects.- Catalytic growth of nanostructures (nanowires and nanocones)A comparative study will be conducted on rigid substrate (Si and Ge wafers).46
