Heumilch - der reinste Genuss
Heumilch wird nicht ohne Grund als der reinste Genuss bezeichnet, denn so naturnah
und traditionell wird sonst keine Milch hergestellt. Und nicht nur das! Hier ein kurzer
Überblick über die wichtigsten Vorteile von Heumilch:
Natur pur
Die Heumilchkühe werden ausschließlich mit saftigen Gräsern und Kräutern, sonnengetrocknetem
Heu sowie mineralstoffreichem Getreideschrot gefüttert. Denn Dank
der naturbelassenen und natürlichen Fütterung stecken in Heumilch erstklassige
Qualität, bester Geschmack und viele Inhaltsstoffe, die unserer Gesundheit guttun.
Produktion mit Tradition
Die Herstellung von Heumilch ist die ursprünglichste Form der Milchgewinnung.
Seit Jahrhunderten erfolgt die Fütterung der Milchkühe angepasst an den Lauf der
Jahreszeiten: Im Sommer bringen unsere Bauern die Kühe zur Sommerfrische auf die
Weiden und Almen. Die Wiesen werden gemäht, das Gras wird getrocknet und das so
gewonnene Heu in Scheunen für die kalte Jahreszeit gelagert.
Mehr Abwechslung – mehr Geschmack
Auf unseren Heuwiesen, Weiden und Almen wachsen beinahe 1000 Gräser und
Kräuter. Diese Flächen sind ein wahres Schlaraffenland für die Heumilchkühe und die
Grundlage für die hochqualitative Heumilch. Die traditionelle, artgemäße Fütterung
sorgt für das Wohlbefinden der Heumilchkühe. Sie spielt eine essentielle Rolle in
der Heuwirtschaft und trägt einen entscheidenden Teil zur Gesundheit und Vitalität
der Tiere bei.

The grass-fed raw cow milk is one of the most traditionally and close to nature produced
milk. Not only that! Here are the most important advantages of pasture milk:
Pure nature
The cows are fed exclusively with juicy grasses and herbs, sun-dried hay as well as
mineral-rich cereal feed. Due to the natural feeding, grass-fed raw cow milk has an
excellent quality, great taste and a lot of ingredients that are good for our health.
Traditional production
The production of grass-fed raw cow milk is the most original form of milk production.
For centuries the feeding of cows is adapted in the course of the seasons: In summer
the cows graze on the native meadows and pastures in the mountains. The meadows
will be mowed and the grass dried so that the hay can be stored for the cold season.
More variety – more taste
There are nearly 1000 herbs and grasses growing on our fields and pastures. These
areas are like paradise for the cows and the basis for the high quality hay. The
traditional and appropriate feeding is responsible for the well-being of the cows
and plays an essential role of hay farming as well as a significant part of health
and vitality of the animals.
