Verificar la compatibilidad de la herramienta con el agregado que Ud. posee. MC S.r.l. © - 0103h00e.fm141207 3 Características de las herramientas 3.5 Seguridad en la elección de la herramienta En la elección de las herramientas a montar en el agregado, atenerse a las siguientes recomendaciones: � No usar nunca herramientas deformadas o agrietadas. � Comprobar el perfecto equilibrio de las herramientas rotantes, su perfecto afilado y su idoneidad a ejecutar el trabajo. � No emplear nunca herramientas más allá del límite de velocidad estampado en éstas o en todo caso indicado por el constructor. � Antes de instalar una herramienta en su asiento, comprobar que las superficies de guía y centrado carezcan de abolladuras y estén bien limpias. � Apretar al par prescrito los tornillos, los pernos, las tuercas o las virolas de cada herramienta. � Verificar siempre que el sentido de rotación de la herramienta sea el mismo del mandril en el cual será instalada � No superar los límites de velocidad de rotación indicados o detallados en este manual o suministrados de otro modo. 29 E
